Today we had the last training of the year at the Dojo in Kobe.
We finished up with the annual "100 punches" and "100 kicks". Everyone, from kindergarten students to adults, they all expressed their Kiai motivation using their voices loudly.
There are lessons all the way to the 28th, and me too I want to express my gratitude with the power of "one punch", "one kick".

本日(土曜日）神戸道場で道場納めを行いました。
稽古の最後に行う恒例の「100本突き」「100本蹴り」で稽古を終えました。幼稚園生から大人まで、来年に向けて、みんな大きな声で「気合」をいれてくれました。子供たちが率先して稽古に取り組んでくれる姿に涙(^-^)/
28日まで続く道場納め、私も、今年一年に感謝し「ひと突き」「ひと蹴り」に気持ちを込めて頑張ります。
