京都は寒く昼間、ゆっくり！とゆったり！と「牡丹雪」が降っていました。
今日の道場のロビーには「まきストーブ」があります。暖炉の様なストーブで体を温めて”ほっこり”でした。

日本古武道演武大会を拝見するため、旧江戸城・北の丸より日本武道館に入った。
幕末の末には何百流派もあったと言われる古武道の流派。
武士の生死をかけた戦いの闘争術を残してる流派もたくさんあり、気合も鋭い演武でした。
大変勉強になりました。

I went to the old Edo Castle to see a Convention of Traditional Martial Arts Demonstrations.
At the end of the Tokugawa period, there were hundreds of Traditional Martial Arts styles.
The demonstrations included lots of the styles that have survived the samurai battles, and the fighting spirit was present too.
I learned a lot.
